Dear iDockUSA
Customer,
In order to provide you with improved service, we will soon upgrade
our e-mail system. This will have some impact on your email service
as we make this transition, but we expect this to be a brief interruption.
Please read below to understand how this with affect you and please
save this email for future reference.
On Friday, October 14th at 9:00pm PDT, we will change to a new email
system. At this time, all your email still residing on our current
system will not be accessible after the change to the new server.
It is important that you check and save all mail prior to the change
at 9:00pm PDT! Additionally, we will not be able to keep your current
password, so your password will be reset to 'password'. We will
provide a way for you to change your password back to your original
password (see below) and we strongly suggest you do this as soon
as possible.
We expect this change to take one hour, so the email server will
be unavailable from 9pm to 10pm PDT on Oct 14th. During this time,
any incoming email addressed to you will be saved and available
to you after the change is completed.
